A few months ago, our Board decided they wanted to be more inclusive and move towards inclusion of folks across the neurodivergent spectrum. We also want to connect with folks across Canada! NimbleND is the solution. Created with not for and influenced every step of the way by the neurodivergent community.
NimbleND
What are we about? We are a neurodivergent driven social group that brings together adults 18+ who might be autistic, dyslexic or ADHD and who might also have anxiety or other mental health issues.
Our Board is 60% neurodivergent and are responsible for the programs, projects and social activities!
We are a volunteer run, volunteer driven organization. Programs, games nights and other events are all developed and delivered by volunteers!
Our Purpose
As a team, we want to bring the neurodivergent community together and create an adult focused, socially engaging opportunties. Whether we come together to learn about jobs, resumes and leadership development or we meet in the park to go for a walk and have a game of Bocce ball.
Why? Because everyone needs support with different things in their life and who better to learn from than peers and folks with the skills to help?
